Austin Birth Ed classes span from pregnancy to early postpartum to ensure you feel empowered and confident when approaching your birth experience. Taught by birth doulas, this course can help you navigate the last few weeks of pregnancy with ease, and be fully informed of your choices walking into your birth. In addition to traditional birth overviews, the course also dives into how your body was made to birth and ways to maximize those built in instincts, while getting your brain on board too! This class aims to connect you with the community and resources you need to have an empowering birth experience.
